We confirm the fee and agreed scope with you before dispatch. No GST is added because the business is not currently registered for GST. The fee covers dispatch, attendance, a site assessment and licensed humane capture and relocation when the snake is present and accessible.
The fee does not guarantee a capture if the snake has left or is concealed where it cannot be safely reached. If the circumstances fall outside a standard call-out, we will explain the scope and agree the total with you before dispatch.

Can I send a photo instead of calling?
For a snake currently on the property, call first. Do not approach it to obtain a photograph. If you already have an image taken safely, ask the team how to share it.
