Florabella Pass is a recognised walking-track connection associated with Blaxland and Warrimoo in the NSW heritage listing for Blue Mountains walking tracks. The surrounding lower-Mountains setting includes bushland slopes, rocky ground and sheltered creek gullies. These features sit alongside established residential blocks.
On sloping land, a property's front garden can look very different from its rear boundary. Retaining walls, terraces and under-house spaces can link concealed areas across several levels. - Reduce disorganised storage beneath outdoor stairs and near subfloor access points.
- Ask gardeners to pause if they see a snake instead of continuing work to make it move away.
Plan maintenance when no snake is present. Housekeeping can improve visibility and reduce hiding places, but it cannot guarantee a snake-free property.
